The Dobbin Plantersville Water Supply Corporation is
chartered as a Non–profit Corporation owned by its customers. Each
owning 1 share of the company with one vote. The corporation is run
by a Board of Directors elected by the voters.

The system is managed and run by the manager hired by the
Board of Directors and has outside contractor that provides
two certified operators.

The system water revenues pay all the system costs of operation
and retires the monies borrowed from the federal Government.
The water supply system is approved by the TCEQ (Texas
Commission on Environmental Quality).
The water is chlorinated for your safety.
The water is sampled monthly for bacteria by the state.
